Management Team
Hydrosave is operated by a board of Directors with a wealth of experience of working within the water industry in a range of roles.
Simon Dray is the Managing Director at Hydrosave. Simon has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has been at Hydrosave since 2003, having previously worked for Anglian Water and Parkman Consulting Engineers.
Stuart Mobbs is technical director at Hydrosave. Prior to joining Hydrosave in 2004, Stuart was employed by Anglian Water for over 15 years where he was a senior manager of the local operational management team.
Adrian Page is group finance director. His inclusion on the Hydrosave board enables the business to realise investment on new initiatives and new technology, whilst managing risk and establishing a sustainable business model.
Team Structures
The management structure of the business is established to ensure that operational teams and management of contract delivery are working in tandem.
The Contract Operations team is focused on team and employee performance, bespoke training, implementation of new technology and the use of best practice solutions.
Contract Delivery is focused on customer satisfaction, implementation of health & safety systems, environmental systems and employee application.
The Special Projects team has responsibility for delivery of water management and engineering services, as well as specialist services to individual business customers.
