The structure of the business is established to ensure Contract Operations and Contract Delivery systems work in tandem to ensure excellent delivery of key account contracts.

The Contract Operations team is focused on team and employee performance, training, implementation of new technology and best practice solutions. Contract Delivery is focused on customer satisfaction, implementation of health & safety systems, environmental systems and employee application.

The Special Projects Department is responsible for delivery of water management and engineering services, as well as specialist services to individual business customers.
