South Staffordshire Plc, owners of Hydrosave UK Ltd, is delighted to confirm the Group has achieved profit and cash generation targets for the year ended 31 March 2010.
As a result of the excellent finish to the year, the Group's One Team, One Goal, One Reward bonus will be paid to all eligible employees. The bonus is paid to all Hydrosave employees whilst taking into account uncertified absence and any adjustments for part time hours and start dates within the year.
Following the success of this bonus, the Group will continue to operate a similar scheme for 2010/11.

Hydrosave is delighted to announce the acquisition of Sub Aqua Solutions Ltd.
Sub Aqua Solutions is a specialist leak detection and utility services business based in Dundee. The business has an excellent reputation in Scotland, has significant scope for growth and has a management team with a wealth of multi utility contracting and consultancy experience.
This acquisition facilitates an established reporting centre within Scotland, where Hydrosave already carries out leak detection services.
Hydrosave will integrate the business with their current operations in order to further facilitate growth in Scotland, particularly with Scottish Water, local authorities, industrial customers and infrastructure owners. It is therefore the intention that the Dundee office will become the centre for all Hydrosave Scotland operations.
Hydrosave has grown considerably over the last 5 years and since acquisition in 2007 by South Staffordshire Plc the business has successfully increased its client’s base and developed a reputation for excellent service and project management. The acquisition of Sub Aqua Solutions continues to expand the geographical coverage provided and now means Hydrosave is the largest specialist leak detection business in Scotland.
This acquisition further strengthens the business confirming Hydrosave as one of the largest specialist leak detection businesses in the UK and enhances the company's ability to grow, diversify and provide an extremely high quality service.
Hydrosave has a strategic business plan for growth and diversification in the UK both through senior recruitment, further acquisitions and customer retention.
Keith Lewcock, Hydrosave Engineering Services Manager has recently passed CDM-C examinations and is now admitted to the CDM-C Register of the Association of Project Safety. This registration means the business no longer has to prove competence as a CDM Co-ordinator, as required by the CDM Regulations.
Hydrosave grows the leak detection services it provides to Veolia Water Central.
Hydrosave is delighted to confirm it has been awarded a contract extension and expansion to its leak detection framework for Veolia Water Central, doubling the size of its dedicated team.
Over the last two years, Hydrosave has been one of five companies delivering leak detection services to Veolia Water Central (formerly Three Valleys Water). In recognition of the high quality service which Hydrosave has delivered in this time, the network efficiency specialists are delighted now to be one of only two companies to be awarded the year three extension.
