Affinity Water (formerly Veolia Water) has awarded a new long term framework to Hydrosave as sole supplier for leak detection services.
Hydrosave has operated on this framework since 2007, initially operating with several leakage contractors in a benchmarking process and recently with sole supplier status.
Throughout this term Hydrosave has also carried out specialist trunk mains correlation and audit projects as well as pressure logging/pressure management audit services.
Following a detailed procurement process including site technical assessments of condition assessment surveys, Thames Water has selected Hydrosave's Pipeline Technologies division as sole supplier for large diameter pipe condition assessment. A range of services are required including pipe condition assessment, soil analysis and forensic laboratory analysis.
With over 30 years experience of pipeline inspection Hydrosave's services include: remaining asset life assessments, condition grading, under pressure CCTV, camera inspection of internal linings, water and soil analysis, coupon extraction and insertion tapping.
Hydrosave has been successful securing three new frameworks with another blue chip company 'Business Stream' operating throughout Scotland.
Frameworks include water management, engineering services and vacancy management services.
