bespoke training programmes. Bespoke training ensures that
the training imparts the required knowledge and skill but

A rather well used and abused technique for improving organisational
performance BPR has certainly made an impact on many of the
worlds most successful organisations. Unfortunately the costs
and impacts of a full blown BPR exercise can be daunting.

given the politics and personal relationships that have developed
