Water efficiency audits

Our approach

We’ll start with a desktop review, by taking a look at your consumption and billing data . By comparing it with similar companies to yours, we can identify any anomalies based on peer review.

Depending on your type of business and our initial desktop findings, we can then visit your premises and offer support in making the changes necessary to improve your water efficiency.

We’ll discuss and agree with you which of our technical audit tools are best suited for your circumstances. These may include a variety of techniques such as data logging, underground leakage assessment, assessment of water wastage, process and consumption audits, pipeline tracing and connectivity audits.

We don’t just present you with a list of problems – our vastly experienced technical teams will then advise you on any remediation works needed and help shape your maintenance strategy going forward. We’ll even help you with your business case if you like!

Our objective is to save you money, rather than incur cost with no payback.

Payback is often immediate, enabling reinvestment into other money saving schemes aligned to your sustainability goals.

Real savings can be realised from things like fixing faulty meters, installing rainwater harvesting, or implementing greywater recycling. If you’ve been don’t have a meter, having one installed can save you money, by allowed you to move from assessed charges to a charge based on your consumption. We can help with this, even if you’ve been refused a meter in the past.

Read our case studies for real examples of how we’ve saved our clients money.
