Hydrosave, a leading infrastructure asset health business and part of South Staffordshire Plc, is proud to announce a major milestone in its commitment to excellence.

The specialist for leak detection and water conservation has received several accreditations from United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), the gold standard for certification in the UK, including:

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
  • ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
  • ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management)

Previously certified by a non-UKAS provider, this upgrade marks a big step forward for the company.

Achieving the accreditations involved elevating systems, retraining and upskilling teams, and meeting stricter, independently validated benchmarks across all Hydrosave’s processes. UKAS assessed the business, finding no minor nor major non-conformances and identifying only four opportunities for improvement.

These new certifications cover all Hydrosave’s UK operations, support its long-term growth, and offer clear benefits for both the business and its clients, including:

  • Strengthened operational consistency in Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety
  • Streamlined compliance with higher standards
  • Enhanced client trust and third-party assurance
  • A deeply embedded culture of continuous improvement
  • Vigorous internal and external audit procedures

Andrew Lobley, Managing Director of Hydrosave, commented: “I’m incredibly proud of our team for their dedication throughout this challenging and transformative process. This achievement truly demonstrates how our people embody South Staffordshire Plc’s core values every day. I’m excited about the stronger, smarter, and more sustainable future this positions us for, and look forward to working with our clients, old and new, as we begin a new AMP period with UKAS-backed confidence.”
