SSI Services and Hydrosave announce the purchase of Advanced Engineering Solutions Ltd
SSI Services is delighted to announce the purchase of Advanced Engineering Solutions Ltd (“AES”). Based near Newcastle upon Tyne, AES has 31 employees and is a specialist pipeline and pipeline equipment engineering business providing inspection, performance assessment and maintenance for the gas, oil and water pipeline industries. The Company has core expertise in mechanical, civil, material, electronics and software engineering.
This acquisition forms part of SSI’s strategy to enter new utility sectors as well as further develop our water services and specialist engineering offering. AES’ reputation within their markets is exemplary.
AES will continue to run as normal with the business reporting through the existing SSI Services business Hydrosave (UK) Limited.
This has been an acquisition that SSI Services and Hydrosave have been very keen to make and we are all excited to have the AES Team on board.
