As a result of our ongoing commitment to developing future water industry talent we are delighted to announce our apprenticeship programme in Leakage Control (SCQF Level 6). Working in collaboration with McCrae training – a Scottish Government framework training provider, the apprenticeships will cover a 18-24 month period and for those that join us, it will give you the opportunity to combine classroom based learning with on site experience.

Our programmes offer you excellent development, challenging and rewarding work and the opportunity to launch a bright career within the Water Industry.

What you can expect from your apprenticeship:

Blended learning between on the job training and classroom learning. This will include the completion of online modules and a final assessment upon completing the apprenticeship.
Regular reviews to understand your progress. This will include Assessments both on site and in the classroom will take place every 12 weeks
Individual tailored development plans created which are supplemented by additional training in areas which as Health & Safety, Customer Service & IT software.
Mentoring – You will be placed with experts who have years of knowledge and experience in their given fields.
Each apprentice is assigned to our internal apprenticeship officer who is on hand to assist whenever required.
